On this week’s Atlantic Tales, Pat Flynn will visit the home of the largest stalactite in the Northern Hemisphere and the third biggest in the world.
Over 7 metres in length and believed to weigh around 10 tonnes, it was discovered by a pair of young English cavers in 1952.
The cave and stalactite were opened to the public by the Browne family 20 years ago this year.
