March 3 will be a primary election, but how San Francisco and California voters should go about casting their ballots in the party primary of their choice can seem complicated. CalMatters reporter Ben Christopher explains how voters can cast a ballot in the primary. We also check in with the San Francisco Department of Elections to find out what the local deadlines are for changing party or requesting a crossover ballot.
