The Spring Garden brewery Triple Bottom Brewing is churning out very Philly beers (like Pilsadelphia Pilsner and Lawn Chair Parking Spot West Coast IPA.) Also, this company is training Philadelphians who need a second chance after incarceration or house insecurity with a 16-week apprenticeship program. Host Trenae Nuri is joined by Tess Hart, co-founder and CEO of Triple Bottom Brewing, and Chenoah McDonald, soon-to-be graduate of the program, about building a community around beer.
