A new advisory from the inspector general’s office suggests Chicago could do better. Inspector General Deborah Witzburg sits down with host Jacoby Cochran to talk about how Chicago could improve its services, what the inspector general’s office does, and if it makes a difference in what she calls the city’s “deficit of legitimacy.”
