Join our Executive Director, Jess Stahlnecker and our Vice President Ben Herring. Ben is also the chair of our Law & Strategy Committee and our RTK Guru. The Right to Know Law in Pennsylvania is a law designed to guarantee that citizens have access to records deemed public. There is a process involved in obtaining those records and today Ben is going to help us understand the “anatomy of a Right to Know request” which is something that I know will be very valuable for our listeners.
