EPISODE 19: Luzerne County Court Ruling RE: 2022 Mid-term Election Welcome to the Citizens Advisory Podcast presented by the Citizens Advisory of Pennsylvania. Join Executive Director Jess Stahlnecker and Vice President Ben Herring for an important update regarding the 2022 midterm election in Luzerne County. If you are in our Facebook group you know that last Friday we received some great news regarding the 2022 election debacle. We promised to share that news with our membership on Monday night at our in-person meeting, which we did, but also thought it would be fun to share the story with you here on our podcast. Ben gives the back story of what happened in the 2022 election, the Right to Know Requests that were filed and the recent court ruling that will require Luzerne County to provide all of the election footage from the midterm elections. We know this episode has an abrupt ending. We had some technical difficulties and were kicked off of zoom. Fortunately, everything we wanted to say was shared before that happened. A reminder that you can find us on Facebook and Twitter - Citizens Advisory of PA and don’t forget to LIKE, SUBSCRIBE and SHARE our podcast with other concerned citizens! We are now available wherever on all of the major PODCAST platforms: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon music.
