Getting REAL About Your Calling With Jodee

Self-awareness might be the single greatest advantage leaders will have and can develop in order to experience the world the way they truly desire to experience it. What are you doing to grow your own awareness? In this episode I talk about the concept of listening to your calling, which I define as "a strong inner pull or sense of purpose that drives a person to pursue activities, work, or causes that align with their values, passions, and talents, and that bring them a deep sense of meaning and fulfillment." I also mentioned an idea by Einstein that has us ask ourselves if the universe is a friendly or an unfriendly place. The way we answer that will affect the way we interact with anyone or anything in our space. Ponder along with me some of these deep thoughts and think for yourself. What would you do?
