In today's episode I talk a bit about my own self-awareness journey. Self-awareness is such an interesting journey. Once you begin to awaken, it's difficult - if not impossible - to go back to the way you used to see things. You can become aware of things in a new light, and you can observe out of judgment or out of compassion ... or maybe just out of curiosity. What are you beginning to notice that you didn't notice before? Was it there all the time and you just didn't have eyes to see it or is it truly a new observation?
