Show Notes
Coalition of Hamilton County towns, park districts, and outdoor groups unveil plans for the Triangle Trail, a 42-mile shared-use path for walkers and bicyclists. The trail, connecting urban neighborhoods and linking Winton Woods and Sharon Woods parks, aims to boost health, stimulate economic growth, and attract talent. With nearly twenty miles of existing paths, the trail will address traffic gaps and improve access to nature. A key feasibility study is complete, with a total cost estimated at nearly $30 million. Great Parks has started work on a connector, and funding and coordination among fourteen local governments are the next challenges.
