Quinell Hadden, a Cincinnati man, was sentenced to 18 years in federal prison for leading a massive fentanyl trafficking ring. He pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and money laundering, distributing hundreds of kilograms of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine.
