Elder Gérald Caussé on serving as a lifelong witness of the name of Jesus Christ

<p dir="ltr"><a href="https://www.thechurchnews.com/leaders/2025/11/07/elder-gerald-causse-testifies-of-savior-first-interview-apostle-bio-2025/">Elder G&eacute;rald Causs&eacute;</a> is the <a href="https://www.thechurchnews.com/leaders/2025/11/06/elder-gerald-causse-called-as-newest-apostle/">newest member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles</a> of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. On Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, Church <a href="https://www.thechurchnews.com/leaders/2025/10/14/president-dallin-h-oaks-inside-life-faith-ministry/">President Dallin H. Oaks</a> extended this call to Elder Causs&eacute;, filling the quorum's vacancy left with the passing of <a href="https://www.thechurchnews.com/leaders/2025/09/28/president-russell-m-nelson-dies-101/">President Russell M. Nelson</a>.
