Bible Study — In the beginning of creation, God created us in His image and after His likeness. Our identity was in Him; and He designed us to rule and created us like Him. However, Satan tricked mankind out of their identity with a lie. God sent Jesus to restore our identity as sons and daughters of God. Through Jesus' death and resurrection, our identity is restored. The resurrection of Jesus is our rebirth into sonship. We are back to who we were in the beginning.
