Pastoral Chat - As entrepreneurs, we are not normal people. For example, we trade in successful corporate careers for the untested promise of starting our own projects. Because we are not normal, we have to stop judging ourselves by normal standards of success; we may not own our own home by age 30 or have a fully-funded retirement plan. When we judge ourselves by what normal society says success should look like, it distracts us from our calling. Embrace your non-normal calling from God.
