Romans Series: In Romans 16:1–16, Paul concludes his letter by personally commending and greeting a number of believers in the Roman church. He begins by recommending Phoebe, a respected servant of the church, and asks the community to receive her well. He then sends greetings to individuals and households who have labored for the gospel, shown hospitality, or suffered for Christ, such as Priscilla and Aquila, Andronicus and Junia, and many others. This passage reflects the deep love, unity, and diversity within the early Christian community, highlighting both men and women who played vital roles in the life and mission of the Church.
