Open Forum | We discussed the lessons I am learning from starting a local church in Atlanta, GA (CFE Atlanta). I shared how I was using the wrong metrics for success, which led me to attempt to build CFE Atlanta in a way God hadn't instructed me to. A big lesson I learned was that when God calls you to build something outside of the norm, you have to change your metrics of success; otherwise, you will become frustrated and may even quit the assignment God gave you. In this year of "New," we need new metrics for success.
