After nearly three years of starting and leading a local church in Atlanta, I made the difficult but necessary decision to close it. Today, I shared this decision with the congregation, and in this podcast, I'll walk you through the process I used to reach this point. My hope is that by sharing my journey, I can offer you a framework for evaluating whether any of the assignments or projects you're working on might also need to come to a close this year.
