So this ranking video will cover the technique or method I used to rank higher in Google maps for GMB SEO. Along side using CTR to rank higher there are a few things that need to be done.
And those are as follows:
1. Verify your Google My Business. You need to have a verified listing it is a must even if you do not have a business in the location you are verifying.
2. Sub categories for your GMB. Add as many relevant sub categories to your listing this will help show for just one more search it is worth the time it takes.
3.Build niche local business citations and build a lot of them , as many citations that you can build , build them for proper optimization for your GMB.
4. Use Schema on your website and refer back to your GMB property.
JSON is the proper schema to use.
5. Mass Citation distribution build them and build them relevant and build a lot of them. You will thank me later :)
6. Optimize,optimize,optimize everything associated with your business or your maps listing.
7. Build authoritative backlinks links , link building need I say more.
