Multiple people gave positive feedback and I appreciated the technical feedback as well.
This meditation is not entirely Lectio Divina but shares many things with that style of reflection and meditation. I referenced Tim Gray's called Praying Scriputre for change: an Introduction to Lectio Divina.
There is great power in stillness is reducing distraction, even if there is noise around us.
As you settle into a comfortable place I want to challenge the notion that silence is required for these. Many times in the hospital people seemed to try and force out any noise. In reality, these noises are part of your reality right now. They don't need to be your enemy.
