For nearly 2000 years, the doctrine of the Trinity has been widely regarded as an essential and foundational Christian doctrine. It's the Bible’s preeminent revelation: God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — three persons in perfect union. This doctrine is what makes Christianity completely distinct. And as we’ll see, this truth is built in to the gospel itself.
This Sunday is the first of a 3-week sermon series exploring the relevance of the Trinity for our everyday Christian life together. Our life together grows out of God’s life together.
