Here are the Gospel Reminders from this week's sermon.
God’s grace means:
Today, I have all the love and acceptance I could ever need. (1 Thessalonians 1:4)
Today, I can say no to sin. (Romans 6:14)
Today, I don’t need to hang my head in shame from the sins of last night, instead, I can repent and confess my sin, confident I am forgiven (1 John 1:9)
Today, I can show my kids, co-workers, and neighbours’ supernatural kindness, gentleness, and patience because Christ has so acted towards me. (Ephesians 4:32)
Today, I can work hard whatever my circumstances because Jesus is my boss! (Colossians 3:23-24)
Today, I don’t need to be anxious about anything because I know God is working all things for my good and His glory (Romans 8:28)
