Today we’re welcoming a new member of the Chicken Soup for the Soul family, Cathy Bissell, whose work on behalf of abandoned pets is featured on our Saturday morning television show, "Hidden Heroes." Cathy was indeed a hidden hero and today we’re going to shed some light on the important work that her foundation, the Bissell Pet Foundation, does to help dogs and cats and other pets that need to be rescued, rehabilitated, and then re-homed.
