The CHGO Bulls crew react to ESPN’s new Future Power Rankings list, rating all 30 NBA teams based on their current three-year outlook. The Chicago Bulls are ranked 28th, thanks mostly to low scores for the talent on their roster and the management team of Arturas Karnisovas and Marc Eversley. But they did earn higher marks for their financial situation and draft capital. Peck, Big Dave and Will Gottlieb discuss whether the Bulls being ranked 28th is fair or foul.
