- Always listen to and trust your own gut/ intuition.
- For every hour or output, you need double the input back for yourself.
- Every day/ season is different and you may need different things during each day / season depending on what’s going on. Knowing yourself and being tuned in will help you figure out what you need.
- When kids schedules change, our schedules can change and that’s okay.
- You can find little ways to calm yourself and boost your energy, even while in the grocery store line! (k27 method linked)
- Hustling and being sleep deprived is not a badge of honor. Rest is honoring yourself. And will lead to a healthier, happier you.
- We have the honor of getting to know ourselves even better after 40. Cherish it! Own who you are. Celebrate her.
