As Roots draws to a close, Alex Haley's life takes a turn for the better. He meets and interviews Malcolm X, going on to pen one of the greatest biographies of his time. He also interviews the George Lincoln Rockwell, in one of the most disturbing scenes of the entire series. Finally, Haley goes on the journey that started this whole thing and discovers his relationship to Kunta Kinte. We've really loved covering Roots every week, even as its length and subject matter have proven more intense than what we're used to. Come back next week for the RootsChatz finale, where we discuss all of the 2016 History Channel remake of Roots.
