Affectionally known as Scarem Sid, but to many he is known as Poppy Sid. Sid Middlemass is a close family friend, and I have always loved the banter with him, it was time to record this with him and boy can he tell a story or two from his 90+ years on this earth.

Ken Jenkins, well if there has been anyone that has tried his hand at anything in Australian Speedway, he is the man that has. Had an amazing chat with Ken, from his racing days to administration days and so much more.

A special episode of Chatting With Sturat. After 29 years of commentary, Stu McCarthy has announced he's stepping back from his full-time commentary commitments. Colleague Brian Van De Wakker sat down with Stu for a special edition of the pod, to look back on his career and discuss what's next for the man known as 'Sturat'.

David Mills held the top job at Premier Speedway the past 15 years. David talks to Stu about the decision to resign and like any other podcast, talks everything else covering his sporting abilities to his thoughts on all things Speedway.

He is one of the best blokes I know, has a heart of gold, but once the helmet goes on he becomes a racer. Belly knows what he wants and he normally gets it. You may well be very suprised in what he has done in his 50 years.

The Pyne Family name is one of the biggest names in Australian Speedway, especially sedan racing. Ron is a larger the life a character and Stu sat down with him at his property which he named himself "Revvins Heaven" in the Hunter region of NSW...

While his passport says that he is American, I believe that he is half an Aussie. Danny Smith spent 25 years of coming to Australian shores to race Sprintcars. The best thing about Danny he has not changed one bit over those years.

You may have seen his happy smiling face at many different motorsport events across Australia. Garry Coleman is the Senior Sports Chaplin at SCA Motor Racing Ministries. In what can be a very pleasing roll which he enjoys, it also has its dark side. One of life's true gentleman......

He is loved by everyone in the sport.... Freddy Walsh chats to Stu about his journey so far, from working with some of the biggest names to just having fun in his home town of Cobden.

Shane Stewart won the majority of Australia's biggest Sprintcar events over the past 20 years. He truly is one of the real nice guys in the world of Speedway, he has hung up his helmet and is going to become the promoter of Port City Raceway in Oklahoma!

To most Speedway people you say the name Jeff Leisk and you think, yes he drove a Sprintcar and owned a very successful team. But there is a whole lot more about this man and Stu chats to Jeff about how his racing of motorbikes started and the journey along the way, USA and Europe all on two wheels.

Most people know the name Skip Jackson, but what about his Mum (Maureen) & his five brothers, Jeff, Bob, John, Paul & David. This family has an incredible story to tell, to have the men sit down with their Mum and chat about many things from racing push bikes in the front yard to securing major sponsorship.

He is Australia's leading speedway photographer and has been for many years, he had to start out somewhere and he candidly chats with Stu about this. For the past 20 years he has published Oval Express. Want to find out how it all started, Phil goes into detail about that too.
