It’s the last of our Back Chatalogue surprise guest repeats - and this one was a very special occasion for Joe. Earlier this year, he and David were joined by Paul Sinton-Hewit, who is the founder of Parkrun. It’s a fantastic organisation which has played an important part in thousands of runner’s lives all over the world since Paul founded it in 2004. Least of all Joe’s, who might be one of its biggest fans. So Paul kicks things off with some of Joe’s running and volenteering statistics, before going on to explain how Parkrun came about and grew into the much-loved institution that it is now. Joe was in heaven!
