Once we learn about narcissism and how it is a game played on this world stage by narcissists who hate humans, we realize the matrix also doesn't care about people while pretending to care. It is all for show and an illusion to trick many into thinking that these narcissistic organizations and entities out here really care about them when they don't. These entities inside the matrix acting as if they care are the first ones to run away from you if you dare go to them with a problem to be solved. The matrix hates people and wants robots instead who will do everything the matrix wants them to do inside the simulation.
