One thing we must understand in this spiritual battle for the mind is that narcissists and the devil target our nervous system. After all, a narcissist is well-known for poking and prodding for a negative emotional reaction because once they could successfully get "on" our nerves, that gave them permission to do more of the same. As they would get "on" our nerves, our muscles would tense up and we wouldn't have a clue the muscle tension is blocking our body from getting nutrients via proper circulation.
