Former West Virginia corrections officer, Michael Pack, pleaded guilty to using excessive force on inmates at Southern Regional Jail. He and other officers targeted prisoners, beating and injuring them in hidden areas to avoid detection. Pack admitted to falsifying reports to cover up the abuse. He faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine at sentencing on July 24th.
