51-year-old Christopher Rush from Elkview pleaded guilty to using a minor for obscene material and embezzling from Kroger. He admitted to sharing explicit content of a two-year-old from a South Charleston daycare run by his girlfriend, Vanessa Beauvais. Rush faces up to ten years per count and sentencing on May twentieth. Beauvaiss trial is scheduled for June first.
