We must ask ourselves what’s truly controlling our lives—the Holy Spirit, or things like technology, addiction, or fear. Spiritual health begins with time in God’s Word and prayer, and transformation is marked by a true desire to be with Jesus. No matter your past, don’t cheapen how God can use you in the future!
