You’ve designed and implemented the perfect protocol to keep your target users private and secure. Come make sure that it will be used effectively by real users. In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of evaluating and improving usability. You’ll gain practical skills in applying usability guidelines, and in designing and carrying out user studies. Your project will become more intuitive and protected from user mishap. If you have a project that users interact with, bring it or printouts of its interface - we’ll be conducting small user studies during the workshop. This is intended for anyone involved in creating tools or products.
