Kubernetes is good for many machines with complex networking setups, but not that good for a 2-machine one, especially when there's only one maintainer and zero documentation.
At GeekPie, I've migrated our mirror infrastructure to NixOS and in this talk I want to show how Nix helps us achieve more with less code & maintenance.
