We have developed a rugged, low-cost, portable fingerprint scanner and software that integrates with almost any existing mHealth application, allowing for real-time identification and access to patient records. We’re going to present our story, beginning as clueless students who managed to build a prototype from scratch in less than one year. With almost no money we tested it in the remote corners of Bangladesh, working with the largest development NGO in the world.
