Firewalls are a classic choke point in network structures. Traffic flow considerations favour scaling up instead of out, and vendor offers are incentivised around this. This talk will present an alternative that presents itself when an environment is well controlled, and some automation is in place. The solution is in production use at a large hospitality provider.
