Challenges in End-to-End Automation of IT processes (osc24)

In the last years we worked hard at automating (technical) IT processes. In the talk I'll reflect what we did, what went well and what didn't work out. We now see that the next big challenges won't be the technical stuff - that's s "solved problem". We face a couple of challenges: - Reducing manual overhead in planning/preparing - Integration in ITSM processes especially change and incident - Automating manual processes or eliminating them. We'll view at some tools that may help us, but the biggest challenge will be a change in the mindset: How can we reduce work (possibly to zero)?
