Marcial Velez, CEO of Xperteks, joins Katie to explain the difference between an managed service provider and a "digital janitor" and how solution providers can evolve from the latter into a true MSP. Velez also shares some of his success stories, how and why MSPs should prioritize using nurture methodologies, and he and Katie have some fun reminiscing about the early days of managed services when Apple products and Mac OS were brand new frontiers for many businesses and their IT teams.
