In Part 2 of this Channel Insider: Partner POV interview with Natalia Scheidegger, CEO of Sydney, Australia-based MSP, 3rdmill, Scheidegger shares the obstacles she had to overcome when she suddenly took up the leadership position at her late father's company. Even when Scheidegger felt she had steadied the ship, she says it was years before she began traveling to industry events and networking with other MSPs. She shares what she wishes she did sooner and how new MSPs can learn from her trials and mistakes so they can be successful in their own journeys.
