Show Notes

The intention of this episode is to initiate a conversation where we can understand the significance of taking care of our mental health. How do we use mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual practices to enhance the quality of our well being? Chandresh shares his own journey with mental health and how meditation and spirituality have given him strength when feeling weak. He shares from the viewpoint of social media, personal relationships, and career. When we start to give too much meaning to these things, we hurt our mental health because when something goes wrong in one of these areas, we start to lose meaning in our life. We hope this episode helps you better understand mental health, how to take care of your mental state, and offers tools to build strength when the awareness is challenged.
