- Two: "Here's what's likely." Let people in on the broader context you have as a leader,while building trust and empathy.
- Three: "Here's what I don't know" or "Here's what I can't talk about yet." Leaders often feel the need to lie, but employees know they're working within a larger structure that can't share all information at once.
- It's crucial to communicate effectively; otherwise, employees will walk away with the belief that you don'r care about them.
