A personal note - in consideration of my health, falling engagement, and listening to the lessons of the three moon story, I have made the difficult decision to reduce the Astro Mindfulness episodes to once a month. They will now appear on the Full Moon, which I hope will give me time and space for my other projects. I hope the Full Moon episode will be the most useful to you, and I will keep it under review.
