Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a new indictment against former president Donald Trump over his alleged efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. Former president Trump said he and his Democratic opponent Kamala Harris have agreed on a debate format...although the Harris campaign says not so fast.
