A report that more than 9,000 migrants were apprehended at the border just yesterday. The mayor of El Paso says that his city is reaching a breaking point with more than 2,000 migrants arriving per day. A dozen buses of migrants pulled into Chicago over the weekend. America's third-largest city is now spending $29 million to set up tent camps for the migrants.
