Beachgoers running for cover as gunfire erupts on Jacksonville beach. Three separate shootings as crowds celebrated spring break and St. Patrick's day on Sunday night. In one incident, three people were shot, including a tourist who was shot three times. Another person was killed in a separate shooting. In Haiti, The U.S. Embassy has urged all U.S. Citizens to leave immediately, private companies having to airlift Americans out by helicopter.
