Three years of war between Russia and Ukraine and the threat of U.S. support dwindling has many Ukrainians ready for a ceasefire, but they want some guarantees. I wish I had more time to live, but I don't want more time as a patient." 10 states and Washington, DC are giving patients who have six months or less to live the right to choose when to end their life.
