Brian Gant, an Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity at Maryville University, joins Dave to discuss how California's new 'privacy police' will affect views on cybersecurity. California has implemented a new Privacy Protection Agency aimed at regulating how companies can collect and use the data of their customers. Brian shares how an agency like this is altering state and national views on cybersecurity. Ben explains why the Elon Musk and Twitter dispute will be resolved by a special Court in Delaware.
