While the Bulls aren't winning much these days, the wins have been of the rather crazy variety (see: Magic, Raptors, 76ers). With the other teams below them clearly tanking, the Bulls have solidified their hold on the 10-seed and likely have a better chance of moving up than falling down as they embrace the play-in push.
