Ep. 418 - Though not the name most often linked to the Cardinals, linebacker Zaven Collins became the clear choice of general manager Steve Keim once the team was on the clock with the 16th overall pick. Craig Grialou and Mike Jurecki explain the selection and what Collins adds to the defense, especially when paired with Isaiah Simmons, last year’s pick in the first round. No, linebacker wasn’t necessarily a need, but with the top two cornerbacks and the three best wide receivers off the board, Collins was too good of a talent to pass up.
