Welcome to the start of the offseason strength and conditioning program. It’s called Phase One. Craig Grialou and Dani Sureck describe what that means; in other words, what players can and cannot do. Speaking of players, Kyzir White - how’s his rehab going - and Trey McBride, who was very excited to be back in the building, spoke with reporters. What did they have to say about the offseason, the new additions made to the roster, and having a healthy Kyler Murray?
