Choose Your Own Adventure: Inspiration for Designing a Life Well-Lived

Do you remember growing up and reading those Choose Your Own Adventure books? They were a series of children's gamebooks where each story is written from a second-person point of view, with the reader assuming the role of the protagonist, and making choices that determine the main character's actions and the plot outcome. The stories were formatted so that after a few pages of reading, you'd have a few different options, which would lead to more options, and ultimately a few different endings. As I began intentionally designing my own life, I always felt like I was in one of those books. I am well aware that I have endless options, and I am the creator of my story. We all are.
